In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on ok168. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ok168 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. ok168 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ok168 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ok168 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing ok168 from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active ok168 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Exclusions. The following persons are ineligible to open or maintain an ok168 account: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of ok168 or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) persons who have previously been excluded from ok168 under the Platform's self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions; and (d) persons subject to any court or regulatory order prohibiting participation in gambling activities.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To register an ok168 account, you must provide a valid email address or Indonesian mobile phone number, create a secure password, and confirm acceptance of these Terms. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. ok168 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ok168 support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). ok168 may require identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing due-diligence review. Documents that may be requested include a valid government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from ok168 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3.4 Account Currency. All ok168 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all expressed and processed in IDR. ok168 does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions made in IDR.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ok168 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ok168 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your ok168 account balance immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ok168 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–21:00 WIB on business days) are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• BCA transfers: under 3 minutes
• BRI, BNI, Mandiri transfers: under 5 minutes
• E-wallet withdrawals (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja): under 2–3 minutes

ok168 does not guarantee these processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, public holidays, system maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ok168 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ok168 reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.6 Inactive Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ok168 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to any inactive account balance after providing 30 days' prior notice to the registered contact details on file.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ok168 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any withdrawal of winnings derived from Bonus Funds is permitted. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified in the relevant promotion) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. ok168 reserves the right to withhold, void, or clawback any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk (arbitrage), using software to exploit promotion mechanics, or any other form of deceptive conduct. A determination of bonus abuse may result in permanent account suspension.

5.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address. ok168 reserves the right to deny or revoke a welcome bonus if it detects a pattern consistent with multiple claims from the same source.

6.1 Game Integrity. ok168 sources its games from internationally certified studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and Spribe — whose RNG systems and live-dealer operations are independently audited. ok168 does not alter the house-edge parameters certified by each provider.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting. All sportsbook bets, including bandar bola (sports bookmaking) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers, are subject to the specific event rules published on the sportsbook section of ok168. ok168 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a specified window, or affected by verifiable match irregularities.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to placing a wager. ok168 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round or sporting event calculation, ok168 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stake amounts to Players' accounts. No compensation beyond the return of stakes will be offered for technical interruptions.

6.5 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are published in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) and are verifiable in each Player's account transaction history. ok168 is not responsible for draws conducted by third-party market operators but will credit winnings promptly upon confirmation of results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ok168. A violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Chargebacks. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering. Using ok168 as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from criminal activity. ok168 cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering (AML) reporting obligations.
• Collusion. Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Automated Play. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors. Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the Player's account.
• Minors. Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ok168 account.

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the ok168 Platform — including but not limited to the ok168 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of ok168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. ok168 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ok168.

8.3 Game Software. Game software made available through ok168 is licensed to ok168 by third-party studios. Your use of any game is subject to the end-user license terms of the relevant studio in addition to these Terms.

10.1 No Warranty. ok168 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ok168 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok168's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

10.3 Exclusions. ok168 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (d) any losses caused by events outside ok168's reasonable control, including network outages, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.

10.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited with ok168. ok168 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming on the Platform. 11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ok168 account at any time by contacting ok168 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by ok168. ok168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to ok168, other Players, or third parties; or (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination by ok168 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance, including Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds, may be forfeited at ok168's discretion. Real-money funds deposited by the Player will be returned to the extent required by applicable law, subject to any offsets for damages caused by the Player's breach.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ok168 is licensed and registered. Where specific provisions of Indonesian law apply to matters directly affecting Indonesian residents using the Platform, those provisions shall be observed to the extent they are not inconsistent with the laws of ok168's licensing jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ok168, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

12.3 Language. These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. ok168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Player rights or obligations — ok168 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of ok168 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

13.3 Version History. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. ok168 does not maintain a publicly accessible archive of prior versions but will provide previous versions upon reasonable written request.
